Introducing Wrangler Booty Up Jeans

Have you heard of Wrangler Booty Up jeans? These ladies' jeans are the newest Wrangler brand to find a home at Fort Western Stores and we're going to show why you and your behind will love them.

Booty Up™ jeans by Wrangler® combine the superior quality of the Wrangler Ladies' Premium Patch Jean with patent pending, leading-edge technology to lift and flatter your backside. During the design process, Wrangler teamed up with actual cowgirls, to find out what they needed most from a jean and to ensure the jean not only looks good but feels great too.

Booty Up jeans combine three unique construction techniques to add that extra lift cowgirls are looking for in a great jean.

  1. Built-in slanted darts extend from the upper side seam to help lift and define the seat.

  2. A half-moon shaped double riser placed above the back pockets pulls the sewn fabric together for additional lift.

  3. Repositioned back pockets provide a visual lift for a more flattering silhouette.

Booty Up jeans are constructed of premium quality denim and feature a slim fit, stretch denim, a low rise waist, and boot cut legs.

The Fort currently carries two styles of jeans from Booty Up the Booty Up Carolina Breakaway Jeans in Indigo and the Booty Up American Royal Jeans in Medium Indigo. Either is a welcome sight for a casual day of jean wearing or a night out on the town.

Visit The Fort online or in the store today to check out our newest western wear fashions.

Announcing George Strait Autographed Guitar Winner

Fort Western Stores wishes to congratulate Paula McCroskey of Mascot, Tennessee, as the winner of our George Strait autographed Wrangler National Patriot™ guitar. The drawing was held on July 5, 2011 in an effort to raise awareness for the Fisher House Foundation and the Wrangler National Patriot™ program.

Paula and her husband have been married for 23 years and have two sons and a grandson. Paula decided to give the guitar as a gift to her son Nathan, who is 14, loves to play the guitar, and is a big fan of George Strait.

I was so excited to hear I won the guitar. Then to be able to give my son such a unique gift was priceless! Thank you so much.

-- Paula McCroskey

The Wrangler National Patriot™ program began in 2009 as a dedicated project to raise funds in support of American veterans and to promote patriotism for all Americans. Wrangler® donates a portion of all National Patriot™ apparel sales to charities providing support to military veterans and their families.

The Fisher House Foundation provides lodging to families of American veterans and active military personnel whom have been hospitalized. The homes provided by the foundation are located at every major military hospital in the United States. The program uses donations from interested parties to ensure that no military family ever pays to stay at any Fisher House.

Congratulations again Paula, and thank you to everyone else who participated, and hope you'll continue to think of Fort Western Stores for all of you western wear needs.

Fort Western Donates Montana Silversmiths Sculpture to Rescue Ranch

Fort Western Stores donated a Montana Silversmiths Steve Miller sculpture to the Sacred Grounds Rescue Ranch. The sculpture will be auctioned off at their bi-annual fundraiser taking place on July 23, 2011.

The Sacred Grounds Rescue Ranch is a horse rescue located in Wikieup, Arizona. Their mission is to take in abused and neglected horses in order to bring back their health and spirit. Once the horses are returned to normal health they are trained and located to new, loving homes.

Each year the Sacred Grounds Rescue Ranch holds a fundraiser on their property. The event is highlighted by meet & greets with the horses, supper, live entertainment, a raffle, and the charity auction. Sponsors donate auction items with all proceeds going to support the Sacred Grounds Rescue Ranch.

One lucky auction winner will take home the "Highest Price For Beef" western sculpture from the Steve Miller Signature collection by Montana Silversmiths. Measuring at 10 inches tall, the sculpture's unique cold cast process creates rich-looking bronze details. The sculpture is precisely cast and hand painted with careful attention to applied patinas-- bringing life-like touches to the finely detailed creation.
